1. Platform Purpose

1Wish is an e-commerce platform that sells products directly to customers. Purchasing products is independent of any competition or prize offering, and customers will receive their purchased products regardless of competition participation or outcome.

2. Optional Skill-Based Competitions

Some products may offer an optional skill-based competition that allows users to compete for a prize. Participation in any competition is voluntary and is not required to purchase a product.

3. Competition Mechanics

• Competitions are skill-based, not games of chance.
• Participants select a numeric value within a displayed range.
• The participant who submits the lowest unique value will be declared the winner.
• If multiple participants submit the same lowest unique value, the earliest timestamped entry will be declared the winner.
• Only one winner is declared per competition.
• Winners are determined automatically when the competition ends.

4. Eligibility

Users must have the legal capacity to make purchases and enter into binding agreements in accordance with applicable laws. By using the platform, users represent that they are authorized to make purchases and, where applicable, participate in skill-based competitions.

5. Products & Prizes

• Not all products include a competition or prize.
• Prizes, when available, are described on the product page.
• Products are delivered regardless of competition participation or results.

6. Payments & Entries

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
• Competition entries have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Entries cannot be exchanged or refunded after submission.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform lawfully and fairly
• Refrain from exploiting, manipulating, or interfering with competitions or platform functionality

8. Fair Play & Enforcement

We reserve the right to disqualify participants or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent behavior, rule violations, or attempts to manipulate competition outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Wish is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues, system errors, or user mistakes.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate competitions, accounts, or services at any time for operational, legal, or fairness reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
